Jeff Wallace- Strength and Conditioning Coach

Jeff Wallace brings a wealth of experience in both soccer and fitness to his role as Strength and Conditioning Coach at Spirit of Liverpool USA. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, Jeff's journey in the sport began on the fields of Connecticut, where he played travel, school, and club soccer, including competing for Northeast United during his high school years at Woodstock Academy.

Jeff's playing career continued at SUNY Maritime College until a shoulder injury redirected his passion towards coaching and fitness. For over two decades, he has dedicated himself to coaching soccer across various age groups, developing young talents and nurturing their love for the game. Jeff's expertise in strength and conditioning was further honed during his decade-long ownership of CrossFit 860. There, he developed and ran a highly successful kids' program, demonstrating his ability to design effective, age-appropriate training regimens that build both physical strength and character.

Jeff's coaching philosophy centers on challenging young athletes to reach their full potential, not just as soccer players, but as well-rounded individuals. He brings a unique blend of soccer-specific knowledge and fitness techniques to Spirit of Liverpool USA, ensuring our players develop the strength, agility, and endurance needed to excel on the pitch. With his extensive background in both soccer and fitness, Jeff is committed to elevating the physical performance of our club's athletes, helping them achieve their goals and push beyond their perceived limits.

Based on $20 per individual session (60 minute sessions)
$80 for 5 session package (Save $20) Monday OR Wednesday - 5 weeks
$150 for 10 session package (Save $50) Monday AND Wednesday - 5 weeks

Session 1: Speed & Agility (Ages 7 to 10): 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Session 2: Ball Mastery (Ages 7 to 10): 10:10 AM - 11:10 AM
Session 3: Celtic Turns (Ages 7 to 10): 11:20 AM - 12:20 PM 

Session 4: Speed & Agility (Ages 11 to 14): 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
